All Ratti Luino machines meet the general requirements related to industry 4.0, being equipped with the latest control technologies.
The technologies installed on our machines improve their efficiency and monitoring: for example, the data present on the control panel and the relative settings: setting work parameters, saving recipes, alarm history, speed settings can be set via the control panel integrated on the machine, which can then be connected remotely to:
- Remote monitoring of the customer’s machine.
- Remote assistance with a Ratti technician for maintenance, updates and problem solving on the machine.
- Data remoting from the control panel of the machine to the Ratti company network, through tunneling VPN (Virtual Private Network) and OPCUA standard.
