Two-for-one twisting machine for the processing of the second twist of sewing thread. The machine is suitable for heavy/industrial sewing threads of polypropylene, polyester, polyamide, viscose.
The assembled yarn, obtained from first step, is now twisted, in the opposite direction of the single ends of which it is made. The high counts need a sturdy machine frame, two for one spindle easily accessible by the operators as well as a suitable take-up cradle. The machine is provided with bobbin type spindles model NT 220 equipped with pots and suitable flyers to unwind the yarn (wound onto flanged bobbins) processed during the first step with the machine R 341 CU 1.
